<본기도>

자비로우신 하느님, 오늘 저희가 거룩하신 하느님의 어머니를 기리오니, 나약한 저희를 굽어살피시어, 그분의 전구로 도움을 받고 죄에서 다시 일어나게 하소서. 성부와 성령과 함께 천주로서 영원히 살아 계시며 다스리시는 성자 우리 주 예수 그리스도를 통하여 비나이다.

제1독서 < 우리 조상들에게 말씀하신 대로 그 자비가 아브라함과 그 후손에게  영원히 미칠 것입니다(루카 1,55). >

▥  창세기의 말씀입니다.( 12,1-7 )

그 무렵 1 주님께서 아브람에게 말씀하셨다. "네 고향과 친족과 아버지의 집을 떠나, 내가 너에게 보여 줄 땅으로 가거라. 2 나는 너를 큰 민족이 되게 하고, 너에게 복을 내리며, 너의 이름을 떨치게 하겠다. 그리하여 너는 복이 될 것이다. 3 너에게 축복하는 이들에게는 내가 복을 내리고, 너를 저주하는 자에게는 내가 저주를 내리겠다. 세상의 모든 종족들이 너를 통하여 복을 받을 것이다."

4 아브람은 주님께서 이르신 대로 길을 떠났다. 롯도 그와 함께 떠났다. 아브람이 하란을 떠날 때, 그의 나이는 일흔다섯 살이었다. 5 아브람은 아내 사라이와 조카 롯과, 자기가 모은 재물과 하란에서 얻은 사람들을 데리고 가나안 땅을 향하여 길을 나서, 마침내 가나안 땅에 이르렀다. 6 아르람은 그 땅을 가로질러 스켐의 성소 곧 모레의 참나무가 있는 곳에 다다랐다. 그때 그 땅에는 가나안족이 살고 있었다.

7 주님께서 아브람에게 나타나 말씀하셨다. "내가 이 땅을 너의 후손에게 주겠다." 아브람은 자기에게 나타나신 주님을 위하여 그곳에 제단을 쌓았다.

1 The LORD said to Abram: "Go forth from the land of your kinsfolk and from your father's house to a land that I will show you. 2 "I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you. All the communities of the earth shall find blessing in you." 4 Abram went as the LORD directed him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran. 5 Abram took his wife Sarai, his brother's son Lot, all the possessions that they had accumulated, and the persons they had acquired in Haran, and they set out for the land of Canaan. When they came to the land of Canaan, 6 Abram passed through the land as far as the sacred place at Shechem, by the terebinth of Moreh. (The Canaanites were then in the land.) 7 The LORD appeared to Abram and said, "To your descendants I will give this land." So Abram built an altar there to the LORD who had appeared to him.

이집트로 피신하여라. < The Flight to Egypt >

복음 < 아기와 그 어머니를 데리고 이집트로 피신하여라. >

♣  마태오가 전한 거룩한 복음입니다.( 2,13-15.19-23 )

13 박사들이 돌아간 뒤, 꿈에 주님의 천사가 요셉에게 나타나서 말하였다. "일어나 아기와 그 어머니를 데리고 이집트로 피신하여, 내가 너에게 일러 줄 때까지 거기에 있어라. 헤로데가 아기를 찾아 없애 버리려고 한다."

14 요셉은 일어나 밤에 아기와 그 어머니를 데리고 이집트로 가서, 15 헤로데가 죽을 때까지 거기에 있었다. 주님께서 예언자를 통하여, "내가 내 아들을 이집트에서 불러내었다." 하신 말씀이 이루어지려고 그리된 것이다.

19 헤로데가 죽자, 꿈에 주님의 천사가 이집트에 있는 요셉에게 나타나서 말하였다. 20 "일어나 아기와 그 어머니를 데리고 이스라엘 땅으로 가거라. 아기의 목숨을 노리던 자들이 죽었다."

21 요셉은 일어나 아기와 그 어머니를 데리고 이스라엘 땅으로 들어갔다. 22 그러나 아르켈라오스가 아버지 헤로데를 이어 유다를 다스린다는 말을 듣고, 그곳으로 가기를 두려워하였다. 그러다가 꿈에 지시를 받고 갈릴래아 지방으로 떠나, 23 나자렛이라고 하는 고을로 가서 자리를 잡았다. 이로써 예언자들을 통하여 "그는 나자렛 사람이라고 불릴 것이다." 하신 말씀이 이루어졌다.

13 When they had departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, "Rise, take the child and his mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you. Herod is going to search for the child to destroy him." 14 Joseph rose and took the child and his mother by night and departed for Egypt. 15 He stayed there until the death of Herod, that what the Lord had said through the prophet might be fulfilled, "Out of Egypt I called my son." 19 When Herod had died, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt 20 and said, "Rise, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who sought the child's life are dead." 21 He rose, took the child and his mother, and went to the land of Israel. 22 But when he heard that Archelaus was ruling over Judea in place of his father Herod, he was afraid to go back there. And because he had been warned in a dream, he departed for the region of Galilee. 23 He went and dwelt in a town called Nazareth, so that what had been spoken through the prophets might be fulfilled, "He shall be called a Nazorean."
